today had open day rehearsal.. reached sch at 2pm coz dun have pw ma.. dunno y la.. but i juz cant seem to overcome my stagefright after so many yrs of so-called stage experience la.. 2yrs in brass band in pri sch, 6yrs in co in rv n nj.. i'm a sad case manx.. =X or maybe coz i'm playing zhongruan for the 1st time in a 'performance'? dunno.. hm.. feel v pek chek today oso.. heard nj band play.. tot they were great lor.. haix. sighing for co.. was listening to them till i was reminiscing abt my pri sch band days.. playing the trumpet n cornet.. haha.. oh wells. those were the days.. then i tot of myself.. manx.. so damn pissed with myself for not being able to get the notes correct on my zhongruan.. dunno la. keep practising the same thing oso cant get it.. it's juz plain irritating la.. maybe i'm juz not blessed with the musical talent. sadded.. i really wanna be able to be touched by the music i play one day lor.. wonder whether tt day will ever arrive.. juz hoping for the best for openday.. but openday will be another challenge.. definitely i'll hav juniors asking me "eh.. y are u here? y aren't u preparing for ur A's at home?" grrr... i dread this qn.. dunno how to answer them la.. can i juz dig a hole in the ground n hide... hate this lor.. dunno la..
