24th July 2004 is our big day... haha... AuRoRa V rOcKs!! =)
wanted to reach sch earlier at 10+ onez.. but ended up reaching sch at 1130.. those who know me well wld have expected it la.. OoPs.. haha..when it was time to report at the atrium, i was still loitering ard the co room.. coz i somehow got the feeling tt i forgot to bring something..i oso dunno y.. oh ya... notti michelle played a prank on me..she said chin gi is sick n cannot come for concert so i have to take over her solo part..oh manx..i was really shocked n scared la..but ended up they were only shua3-ing me.. so bad lorz... lolz..
we were in atrium waiting 4 e buses to come ma..i think the xianyue bus was laying eggs somewhere la..took so long to come..so we made use of the time to crap, laugh, take photos.. haha... i think we were qt noisy on the bus too la...=p xyz rOcKs!!
finally reached there... put down our stuff n starting tuning in the concert hall.. i was kinda fidgety(looks like i spelt this word wrongly.. haha) coz i got 3 hus to settle..n the qian1 jing1 of my gaohu was practically falling off.. haha.. then at tt time my bladder was qt full oso la..had to run to the toilet..=p
had rehearsals after that..qt ok la..jin lao shi was really good n funny...haha..when he was playing his solo for xiang qing, he told me n wenting tt it's raining.. then we were like "huh? how did u know?" then he said he saw water dripping from the ceiling of SCH..wow..haha..but i wasnt really prepared for cao meng, xiang qing n da zao.. oOpS..during the rehearsal, i kept looking ard at the co ppl... thinking of how much i'll miss them aft this concert... haix.. sadz.. anw.. when i went back to the audience seat, i saw a court shoes de xie2 di3.. haha... tot it was v funny that even the bottom of the shoe wld drop off.. was laughing so much.. only to find out later that it was mine... oh manx...=p hehez...
then was dinner... manx... there werent any spoons left for us!! so diaoz.. so xyz ppl broke the side of the food packet n used it as a spoon... haha... it was so comical la.. like beggar liddat.. coz we were sitting on the floor oso...
hm.. really muz thank siqi, guojun, zx, shuzhen, shiming, teo, shiyun, shaoz, jess etc.. for wishing me good luck for the concert... u guys rock! =p before the concert was putting on some make up.. haha... tot everyone looked pretty! even the guys were pretty boys.. haha..=) i wanted to help wanying put make up ma.. then she said she doesnt want a make up artist from hell... she said the same thing to shaoz oso.. haha... stupid girl.. but in the end she relented la.. n let me help her put on blusher...haha... when we went toilet, she looked into e mirror n said actually my make up skills not bad la.. see? told ya...haha =p so bhb.. haha..
before the concert started, me, yx n serene were sitting on the floor at the backstage trying to last min memorise cao meng haha.. so scared for that song la.. nv prac much.. n cant rem oso..= oOps... haha...
i tot i'll be nervous on stage... but surprisingly i wasnt lorz.. guess i've been on stage so many times then i dun feel the impact of many pairs of eyes looking at u perform.. haha.. was actually enjoying myself...=) 1st song was chang cheng... when i first walked up the stage last nite, i was looking at the ppl in the audience seats..seeing the turnout..haha...was qt disappointed when i saw the gallery seats empty as yet.. but i was enjoying playing e song too much n smiling at the ppl opp me on stage tt i didnt bother to care so much.. haha.. perc played the cymbals wrong once.. but luckily it sounded ok..=) later weibin told me tt 2 ppl played the same thing wrong at the same time...wow..i'm really amazed at their muo4 qi4 manx...=)
after tt was chun dao xiang jiang.. wa.. i'm so thankful tt i nv perform for tt song lorz.. haha.. so was slacking at backstage.. using the time to take photos with everyone... yay! funz..=p gave pq a hug b4 the tanbo qizou.. she was qt stressed.. cld understand how she felt ma..but everything went well..yups..=)
xiang qing n da zao was up next...was playing banhu for xiang qing so was a little panicky coz i nv prac n banhu's v loud.. haha.. i kinda hun4 everything la.. was controlling my cough on stage during xiang qing lorz.. v xin ku ah.. but anw, jin lao shi saved the day.. his suona playing rox!! haha... though we did notice a few wrong notes during the concert... ;p
during the interval, i went to the audience seats to chat with ppl.. haha... was talking to jiahwa, qiling, xuanwei, lynnette, yunfei, edwin, wenjie, limin, zhanxin, xiumei, jasmine, chii tarng, yinghui, chee giap, xiuqin, marjorie blah blah... thanks everyone for coming! =)
during the gz ensemble n dizi qizou, i was backstage taking photos again... haha... i was having so much fun on the tanbo side of the backstage tt i nearly forgot that there was an erhu qizou b4 chun tian zu qu... oOpS..=p i suddenly realised it n ran back to the xyz side to prepare... haha... i think i really gong alre.. was a little nervous b4 the qizou coz was qt unprepared... so we were doing breathing exercises b4 going on stage... so comical..=p n as expected we cocked up on stage la.. haha... my gong fa was wrong.. like many others on stage... so confusing siaz... hehe.. nvm la.. it's over alre.. but it was funny though.. throwing face on stage.. i nearly burst out laughing there n then lorz... =p
then was chun tian zu qu... i esp loved jun ma n tian shan!! rox mAnx!! =) haha.. encore was jun ma again... but tt time it was really impactful... haha.. i think everyone was qt high... coz tt time de jun ma was really fast n good... yeah manx! throughout the concert i kept looking ard, smiling at ppl on stage.. i really treasured those precious moments together on stage.. coz i know after tt day, it'll nv be the same again... the familiar faces, the familiar voices n the comfort of the company of familiar ppl... *SighZ*
after encore, i wanted to shouted an nj cheer ma..so i asked pq n royston to start with me.. haha.. but towards the end, i ended up being the only one shouting... manx... pang seh me.. haha.. having sore throat now.. muz be the aftermath of the concert..=p
photo taking was right after tt...qt fun la..i want the photos n the vcd of our concert!! =) haha.. then we packed our stuff n went to the foyer... took lotsa photos there... xyz roCkS! =p a bunch of crazy n fun-loving ppl... i was like hopping n jumping abt in the long black skirt.. haha... kept stepping on it but who cares?? =p i'm as mischievous as ever la.. pardon me.. haha..
finally boarded the bus.. instead of feeling tired.. i was qt high... haha.. after effects of the concert again.. we were talking crap in the bus on our way back to sch...
reached sch at ard 1040 liddat... izzit?? haha... cant rem la..continued to take photos back in sch... think all of us a bit crazy alre... hehe... after tt, i took joel's dad's car home.. hey joel.. thanks a lot lehz! n sorry for the trouble ah..=)
hm... missing everyone so much alre!! i guess after being together as a co for so long.. strong bonds n feelings of attachment really form.. love u guys so much!! muz take care kz? *hugz* frEns ForeVer!! =)
